Today I'm going to show you some homes that I've managed to sell for people throughout the Omaha metro area.

• I sold a home on 164th street in Barrington park that had sat on the market for 156 days with another agent. When I took over the sale, I staged it and sold it for 100% of the asking price in four days! I even sold the homeowner's son's home afterwards!

• Another property was at 120th and Westover Road, and an older woman had recently lost her husband. The home was listed with two different companies, and was on the market over 156 days. I re-positioned the home, staged it, and sold it in 77 days for the asking price.

• A home at 10123 Edward St sat on the market for 102 days with very few showings and no offers. I did some extra marketing, and I sold the home in 88 days!

• One home at 164th and Grover had been listed with another company for 205 days, and received no offers. The owners eventually had to buy a new home because of health issues, and in the meantime my team managed to sell it in 53 days at 98% of the asking price.

• There was a property at 17412 Woolworth Ave that had been on the market for 386 days! We came in and staged it, and marketed it aggressively on the Internet. We managed to sell it in 56 days for 97% of the list price.

We'll find a handful of homes that meet your particular needs and set up times for you to check them out.
